Terms & Conditions - Turning Point Campsite

Check-In & Check-Out
- Standard check-in time is 2:00 PM and check-out is 11:00 AM.
- Guests may request Early Check-In (up to 4 hours before 2:00 PM) or Late Check-Out (up to 4 hours after 11:00 AM) at an additional fee.
- These requests can be made through the online booking system and will be accommodated based on availability only.
- Requests for earlier check-in or later check-out beyond the four-hour grace period will be billed at the daily rate.
- Any group that DOES NOT request an early check-in or late check-out but fails to enter or vacate the premises by the designated check-in/check-out times will automatically forfeit their Security Deposit. In addition, they will be invoiced for damages or costs that would have otherwise been covered by the Security Deposit.
Accommodation Requirements
- Local Guests: Must provide their own bed sheets, blankets, pillowcases, towels, toilet paper, and personal items.
- Foreign Guests: Pillows, bed linen, toilet paper, and access to the swimming pool are included in the booking fee.
Prohibited Items & Conduct
- The possession or use of alcohol, cigarettes, illegal drugs, weapons, or obscene/abusive language is strictly prohibited.
- Guests with babies or toddlers must supply plastic mattress protectors to safeguard mattresses against accidents.
- Groups are responsible for providing adequate adult supervision for all minors and differently abled individuals.
- Each group must bring their own first aid supplies and sporting equipment.
Standards of Conduct
- Modesty in behavior, appearance, and clothing is expected from all guests, visitors, and campers at all times.
- Guests are fully responsible for their own valuables. Dormitory and room doors should be kept locked when unattended.
- Defacement of property is not allowed (e.g., writing on walls, furniture, railings, or trees).
- Guests are prohibited from standing on tables or chairs or sitting on the tables.
- Environmental Stewardship: Guests are encouraged to use water sparingly and responsibly.
Laundry & Cleaning
- Washing clothes inside dormitories or kitchens is not permitted.
- Non-resident groups may request laundry services at TTD $50.00 per load (arrangements must be made with the Camp Director).
- The grounds, dormitories, and kitchen must be left clean and tidy. Garbage must be disposed of in the bins provided.
Noise & Music
- Out of respect for nearby residents, loud music must stop by 10:00 PM.
- Secular music is not permitted anywhere on the premises.
- Chewing gum is strictly prohibited.
Property & Equipment Use
- Beds, mattresses, and mattress covers must remain in their designated places.
- Furniture, chairs, and tables must not be moved outside without prior permission.
- Picking fruits, flowers, or plants from the property requires management’s approval.
- Pets are not allowed on the premises.
Group Activities
- All activities must align with the Christian values and mission of The Turning Point Campsite, which is to glorify God.
Damages & Security Deposit
- Any items damaged or broken must be reported immediately to the custodian.
- The cost of damages will be deducted from the Security Deposit. If costs exceed the deposit, the client will be invoiced for the balance.
- Unauthorized removal of campsite property will be treated as theft.
Disciplinary Action
- Any violation of these rules gives the management the right to require guests to vacate the facility immediately.
Pool Area Guidelines
- Operating Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
- Health & Safety: Persons with illnesses, open sores, infections, bandages, or colds are not permitted in the pool.
- A cleansing shower must be taken before entering the pool.
- Running, horseplay, fighting, or rough housing in or around the pool is prohibited.
- No eating, drinking, or contamination (including urination) is permitted in the pool.
- Diving is not allowed.
- Only proper swimwear is permitted (no cotton, denim, bikinis, or cut-offs).
- Any injuries or contamination must be reported immediately to the custodian.
- All minors must be supervised by a responsible adult.
- Pool use is prohibited during bad weather (e.g., heavy rainfall, lightning, poor visibility).
- Secular music is not allowed in the pool area.
- Clients are advised to provide a certified lifeguard. If one is not provided, the Campsite can arrange one at an additional cost.
Important Notice
If any pool rules are violated, management reserves the right to:
- Prohibit further use of the pool.
- Require guests to vacate the campsite immediately.
- The campsite will not be held liable for any injuries, accidents, or incidents resulting from non-compliance with these rules.
